Good reminder. I have the Timbo; don't know if that makes a difference or not. Thanks,

My trucks sits for a year at a time with batteries disconnected, just started it after a year and half, cleaned it off and drive it for 45 minutes with no problems. Why do I need to do the throttle procedure????

I'm not completely sure but I think it has to do with the voltage setting from the TPS to the ECU.

The throttle procedure is from the FSM and calibrates the apps to the ecu.

So my problem kept coming back. Replaced the differential switch/combination valve and after a 1500 mile road trip towing my trailer I'm confident that was my problem. Found the new combination valve on ebay from a Dodge dealer in AZ for $135. Easy to replace, bleed the brake system the right way and good to go. Always like to finish the story/thread with a successful fix.
