My trucks sits for a year at a time with batteries disconnected, just started it after a year and half, cleaned it off and drive it for 45 minutes with no problems. Why do I need to do the throttle procedure????

The throttle procedure is from the FSM and calibrates the apps to the ecu.

So my problem kept coming back. Replaced the differential switch/combination valve and after a 1500 mile road trip towing my trailer I'm confident that was my problem. Found the new combination valve on ebay from a Dodge dealer in AZ for $135. Easy to replace, bleed the brake system the right way and good to go. Always like to finish the story/thread with a successful fix.
