97 w/bushwacker, pocket flares...rim/tire size?

Hey guys,
Just got the truck painted, and installed bushwacker, pocket style flares. Was wonder what size of rims and tires to get? I plan on installing a 2" leveling kit before the wheels go on. From what I've read, stock height you can fit 34", 2" leveling kit you can fit 35's. What kind of off-set, width? I'll include a current photo for you. Don't mind the current rims, wheels, they will be gone as soon as I get new ones!
Thanks

Those flares look really good.
Got any more pics of them?
Looks like it would take a lot of tire to fill them up.
Nice job.

Some more pics for you!

These are all the pics I have currently. I'll get some more once I figure out what tires to put on it.

OK, I got some pocket flares for my truck.
But they aren't Bushwackers.
I have 38.5" Pro-Comp Xtreme AT's on 17 X 9 wheels.

They are made by Stampede.
But so far I'm not to impressed with the out of the box fit.
I had to cut them along the body lines to fit the body contour better.
I also had to use a heat gun for the lip mounting area.
I just today contacted them about the left rear one not lining up.
Will see what they do about it.
Once on, and fit correctly, they look pretty good.
I just don't feel I should have to "fit" them to my truck.
To much hassle for the money.
Maybe should have bought the Bushwackers.

Sorry to hijack your thread Shelljerk47

Later, Brad
