Which 8 hole wheel pattern fits 2nd gen ???

Which brand 8 hole rim will fit the 2nd gen Dodge ?

Are Ford and GM same ?

8x6.5, or 8x165mm (same thing)

I think they're 8x6.5 bolt pattern. GM and pre 1999 Ford will work, in '99 Ford went to 8x170 (metric).

any 8 lug rim will work with the exception of 99 and up ford's

Factory GMs have a smaller center if I remember right.

You can cut them though.

The hubs are slightly smaller on the GM rims, but AL is easy to cut like Pat said. Our rims are lug centric so the hole not being perfect is not an issue.
