Does anybody know what the stock radius arm lengths are? My truck has a 3" Tuff Country lift on it from when I bought it and I'd like to take it off. The Tuff Country setup had replacement radius arms so I don't know if they're actually any longer than stock. I just need to know if I need to buy new arms when I pull the coil spacers out. Tried reaching out to Tuff Country's tech support people but never got a response. Thanks for your help!

 

Stock arms are 4-link (4 individual arms attaching to the frame) not radius arms.

The nature of the longer radius arm mounted further back, means their horizontal length won't change much at all lowering it 3". I think the bigger issue to watch for is the arms bottoming out on the frame or something else.

 

Measured the Tuff Country arms and the uppers are 18" center to center and the lowers are 19.5". My biggest concern is them pushing the front axle slightly farther forward after removing the spacer. Was just curious what the actual length of the factory arms is.

 

Measured my stock lowers at 18.5" eye to eye. Don't have any uppers (destroyed on removal, lol)

Hard to say if 1" extra will be a problem. My buddy built 2" longer arms to run with ~4" of lift and it worked ok. I believe the steering stabilizer got in the way (went to dual setup anyhow).

You're exactly right. That's the only place I've ever had any rubbing. So in reality a slight bump (if any) forward would be beneficial.
