Different length on pitman arm--will it work?

Different length on pitman arm--will it work?
I got a used steering box but the pitman arm is 1/2" longer than the old one will it still work?

never mind i got to looking at the hole that the drag link goes in and its a smaller size hole so it wont work anyway
