1999 window motor help?

Trouble shot it to the window motor. Is there any tricks I need to know about? Or links that will help in this? Im thinking I should tape the window to the door frame before attempting to pull motor? Thanks again.

Got it fixed yesturday . I Used 2in masking tape to tape the window in the closed position. Removed speaker and gave me plenty of room to remove the motor. Took out all window motor screws and then had to loosen the regulator just enough to give slack to slide motor out. Im not sure if all window motors are like this but I re used the old window motor screws. The new motor is not threaded so I ran the bolts about halfway into the new motor first before install. It was a breeze to install. I would say self tap those new holes with the motor out first. It sure is nice to have a operational window.
