1997 running hot

I have a 1997 3/4 T. Dodge Ram, Cummins which has started running hot when pulling a lightweight travel trailer. Runs normal without the trailer, in 105 degree weather. Changed thermostat and antifreeze, still heats up as soon as you start up a hill. Any ideas?? It only has 130,000 miles on it, mostly just pulling a horse trailer.

Take the radiator out and clean it thoroughly, probably plugged up....... Could also be the fan clutch, but my money is on plugged up.
