Hey guys, I have been doing some research...My seats are AWFUL!! and if i can get a new set vs rebuilding mine i will....I have a 1997 Standard cab...so im guessing the seats will bolt up from all 2d gen's 2002 included....maybe something not so used....but will a 3rd gen bolt right? just want to know what i am looking for..

 

Just a thought, but the last set of seats I've had break down on me got rebuilt. The shop that did it listened to what I wanted, and gave them back to me WAAAAAY nice than when they were brand new. Much nicer cusion, and the exact cloth I wanted. Even added some more bolstering to hold me in place a bit better.

It was about the same price as buying a set of used seats. No brainer in my book.

Other than that, I have no idea if 3rd gen's will bolt right in.

 

I was thinking about it and I think that's the route i am going to go...For a few bucks I can get new fabric, new padding, and won't have to make them fit, or deal with another set of old seats. And I need to change my carpet too, its kind of like my daily driver is awful and need to make it nice again make over....so for a coule hundred i may be able to pull it off, now i have to find a good apolstry shop.
