My 02 heater does not work at all. Worked last spring fine but tried it the other day & no heat or any temperature change at all. I checked the obvious things. Fuses all OK, coolant level fine, plug connected at the door controller.
Any help is appreciated.

 

Ha mine doesnt work either. It worked untill the dealership fixed my ac. What iv found is that after taking the blend door actuator off the actuator works fine but the door wont turn not even with a wrench. This leads me to believe that they possible left something in it and its stuck. I really need to fix it its gettin cold here. Yours may be vacuume hose related or something else simple. Hopefully!

Take it back to the dealer. The blend door uses a piece of rod on each end as the hinge point and it must fit into a small hole in the upper and lower halves of the plenum. They should have checked the operation of the door before reinstalling the plenum. Once the two halves are put together it can't pop out of the hole, so it WAS put together wrong when they fixed your AC!
