Installed the 03 Track bar conversion Bracket and 03 Bar in 02 4x4.

Drives GREAT!!!!! But I got a ' CLUNK'

When turning wheels hard from side to side ( like backing from driveway )
or 'not moving' I get a 'CLUNK'.
I have checked everything, nothing looks to be hitting.

Anyone else have this occur???

 

I had the same issue once. Got a friend to turn the wheel while I was under there tracking the sound down (had to do it more by feel than sound as I could barely hear it with the engine running under there. Turned out to be the pass side bolt was not quite tight enough. I am sure I had it torqued to spec but nonetheless I cranked it down just a bit more and the sound hasnt been heard since and that was over 100k ago.
