Where is the Fuel Strainer on a 99?

I've had my truck for 5 years and just discovered that it may have a fuel strainer. I looked around the Fuel Filter and Lift Pump but I dont see a strainer. Does a 99 have one? If so where?

My mileage is like 14MPG and used to get 17. Figured it was just the stupid ultra low sulfur fuel but now I'm not so sure. What are you getting for MPG?

i think there's a strainer in the tank, and winter fuel plus ultra low sulfur fuel is the reason for poor mileage

Only strainer is in the in the tank. 12v's have a strainer mounted on the LP, 24v's don't.
