Wheel bearings

I am a delinquent owner, I let my brake pads get to the backing plate and chewed my rotor. Anyway I have removed my hub/rotor assembly as per the help I found on this site! No real problems so far, using the power steering to knock out the hub bearing works great. I have 240,000km (150,000miles) on the clock, and I doubt the wheel bearings have ever been done. They "seem" fine. Spin freely, no noises. Should I bite the bullet and just replace them anyway? How long can they last? I should probably replace the ball joints too, but I am a little low on time presently. Any advice for me?
Thanks
Alan

as long as there is no pitting or scoring chewed into the races and rollers they will last forever. as for the ball joints if they feel alittle slop i would do them while your in there

Yea! The bearings will tell you when they need replacing. Ball joints need to be checked along with control arm bushings, shocks ext.
