what size lift if any?!

I got my 98 24v used. From what it looks like, the dealership put 35" tires on it. One rubs slightly on the fenderwell when I cut it hard left. How little lift can i get away with. Also, someone told me that I already had a 3" kit on it. I can't tell wether it does or not, it has rancho shocks on all 4 corners but that doesn't mean anything. Still OE controll arms. I was thinking a small leveling kit but it doesn't look raked at all and looks level as it is. I want to know if putting a small 1.5" or 2" leveling would look weird or would it even work right if a lift was already put on it?!

thanks, and it won't look like it's getting kicked in the face like some folks do to their f-150's will it?! I saw a cheap $80 spacer on top gun customz. Beings it's just a spacer, would it really matter how much i pay?!
