I you really wanny smoke, buy a timing box and some injectors. I am assuming that there is an exhaust system on your truck, correct? Oh yea just to let you know, more smoke = unburnt fuel.

It sure looks cool and is there any other way other than injectors and the timing box maybe I could move the torque plate like we used to or does the 12V only have that option

No torque plate buddy, that is the biggest difference in the 12v and the 24v. You truck is electronically injected where a 12 was mechanically injected. Here is an idea, get rid of the juice and get an Edge EZ and stack it with a TST Powermax III. That is a good combo for you truck and it will lay down smoke, believe me I have a buddy with the same set up. If you do go that route, watch the factory clutch cause it will slip.

I'm running a TST powermax comp stacked with an Edge EZ, custom 200hp injectors and a hotrod VP44 and my truck would lay down smoke with a modified HX40. With the new turbo, it still smokes alot until it lights and still has a heavy haze.

My truck ATLEAST puts out a light haze all the time with +80 injectors and the TST on 1. It was cool at first, but after a while you just get to thinking.. "I bet I watched $4 fly out the tailpipe just driving to work..."

Ouch, I have 150Hp injectors and have no haze at all with my TST Comp set on 3 unless I want it to. Foot control.

thats a really good link...but all i can say is smoke responsibly. yeah i like to have fun with other diesels and ricers but its not good to smoke out lady in a mini van. with the mods in my sig. on a take off a wot it will leave a big cloud then go to a slight haze. with the tq lock up switch it will pour coal when it goes in th 3 or 4 and lug it.

Generating smoke also generates legislation against diesels. and exhaust temperature rises dramatically.

I have a 2000 also with the same stuff you have plus. If you put 150 or 200 injectors she will smoke alot then add a bigger vp pump when it dies and you will realy like it.. once itss all set up right tho it only smokes when you are bogging it out,

If you want cheap smoke get some stage 5 jammer nozzles, these can be had for about $220.
