VP 44 question

Hi everyones,

Simple question how do I find out if a VP 44 will fit my truck I might have a deal on a remanifacture one is it any number I should be looking for or all VP 44 are the same .

I would asume that they all are the same. Check with cummins to be sure. I would imangine that they could answere your question better than the dealer.

The high output pumps are differant than the standard output pumps.

There are two differant vp44 for the 24v, one reg and one for the 245hp h.o. Take that number and call dodge and have the guy cross referance it to see whitch one it is.
