stock 99 24v.
unknown history 260k miles.
Truck wont start. Good fuel pressure, no codes. When I crack the injector lines with the key on and fuel pump running, fuel comes out under low pressure without engine cranking. Does this sound like the vp44 o-rings or diaphram leakage?

Could be, or a bad/worn seal in the vp that leaks fuel by.

Engine wont start and Check engine light came on and a code of 1689 and 1693 codes showed up.
