I am considering having a Pacbrake installed on my truck. When I bought the truck new, I purchased an extended warranty, which is in effect now with the amount of miles I have on the truck. Is installing the Pacbrake going to void my warranty if I have to take it into the dealer in the future?

 

technically, only if the pacbrake contributes to the failure. In my experience though, or at least from what I've heard/read, the dealer can be quite creative when coming up with a reason for why the add-on contributed. Probably best to call the dealer you would use for warranty work and ask them pointed questions.
