slow turns on corners, feels like something sliding across bumps on the bedliner or the front tires rubbing the wheel well liner but it is neither of those. everthing seems normal other than on the turns. where could i start looking?

 

I would check wheel bearings, ball joints and tires in that order.

When I first got my truck the ps fluid was low and I got a really weird vibration through the steering wheel. Topped up the fluid and all is good. I only noticed it when turning slowly in parking lots and in driveway. At road and hwy speed - nothing.
