Vibration when turning

Hey guys, First post. Sweet forum

I get a vibration at highway speeds when turning to the driver.

It only happens when i turn driver. and feels like your driving over the bumps in the breakdown lane.
I think its related to this squeek i have goin on in the driver side wheel, i can only hear it at slow speeds and goes away for a couple seconds if i nail the brake.
Also on that same side i get a knock if in 4wd and taking a slow turn.

I was thinking it was a u joint or upper ball joint but i really dont know.

the vibration isnt always consistant. some times its bad and sometimes not so much and about 3 times its continued to vibe even when i straightened out the wheel, but once i stop and go again it doesnt happen any more.

I know its not the death wobble and the tires are pretty new.

Any insight?
thanks

Sounds like either a wheel bearing or an axle shaft U joint.

Jack that side up and give it a spin. push/pull top to bottom of tire and push/pull front to back. If you don't see anything out of the ordinary, try the other side. Then get back to us on what you find.

The ball joint on the top is allowing the knuckle to shift from side to side.
I had to get a bar between the tire and the ground and push it up to see any movement.
