vacuum pump and blow by

i was wondering if anyone has ever had the problem with a vacuum pump pressurizing the crankcase causing excessive blow by and what was done to determine this as the problem on a 24 valve mine is really bad but havent lost any performance out of the engine runs great no smoke etc im opened to ideas here

I thought I had excessive blow by but it turn out to be the seal between the powersteering pump and the vacuum pump. I looked like it was blow by because they are so close together. Easy fix with a seal kit.
