just ordered the big line kit (for the little lady) from the pump to the vp to get rid of all the ridiculous banjo fittings. this is her second vp44, but the trucks got 206k on it. we ordered a fed ex pump from blue chip and low pressure light to keep an eye on things. the lift pump went out some time ago and didn't catch it in time now the vp's hard starting and dead petal has reared it's ugly head.
check out the web site they got all the fittings you need at a great price.

I like the idea of the vulcan kit. What I don't like is the fuel hose.
I'm a glutton, I know, but I'd rather have hard line in there. I would consider putting in 1/2 ID SS tube to replace the hose part of the vulcan kit.
What other fittings would I need? I'd like to purchase the banjos, and the relocation wire from vulcan.
I'm assuming 5 tube nuts, 6' of SS tube. It would be my luck that the fittings are all metric. I might be able to get some metric tubing I suppose.
I have some SS plate that I can fab a bracket out of pretty easily, but $9 is pretty cheap.
Don't get me wrong here. I think that vulcan has a good price, I just want to maintain the hard line. I plan on having the truck for a long time, and if prices hit $4.00 I will be making my own fuel.

Vulcan's got my vote. I recently did the 1/2" line and relo after replacing another VP and LP. Easy install, steady fuel presure.
One thing on the Geno's kit, it doesn't include the fittings or hose from the filter housing to the VP44.
