Turbo Seals on 01

Hi,I just helped my cousin with an oil change on his stock 01 Dodge. He pulled off the air cleaner cover and elbow to access the filter from up top.I then noticed some traces of oil on the intake side of the turbo. What does this mean?,is this normal? My 91 and 05 do not have this issue. Please enlighten me.Thanks

If you are having to add oil more than normal, you may be having a problem. Keeping an eye on the air cleaner helps a bunch too.
Flushing the IC maybe in you future if the seal is bad and you end up having the turbo rebuilt.

I've got a load of miles on mine and no oil traces on the air horn.
If it's a new buy, maybe you need to visit the seller with this situation and see what they have to offer.
