Changed a nasty looking I/C boot and it had a verrry light film of oil in it. Checked the turbo and it had minimal side play and less than .001" end play. Can I just put new seals in? Should I rebuild? Anyone know the part #'s for the seals or rebuild kit? Thanks.

 

sounds tight, as long as theres no interference, just run it, periodically check thrust, clean the oil traces, to monitor discharge next time you inspect it.
