How much boost does the stock HX-35 put out?

If the truck is still stock the turbo is set for no more than 21 psi boost.Anything more than that it will start defueling.

With guages you should see @15-18psi boost.

A stock HX-35 can be run up to 30lbs, any thing more than that and it's actually hurting your EGT's.<br><br>DB

I've peaked as much as 45lbs but after my last mod I run consistant 30lbs all day long. I do have the 16cm non wastedgated housing which helped the EGT's quite well but I can still overtemp if I stay in it to long. I know some guys peaking over 50 with the same set up.<br>

I've run a consistent 35 psi out of mine and get the same EGT's that I do running it at 30 psi. Stock should be about 18-20. It is supposed to set a code at anything over 20, but I've had mine up to 22-23 before with no code.
