Transmission line quickfix?

Transmission line quickfix?
I devolped a pin hole in one my alluminum cooler lines from rubbing together, anyone have a quik fix that have tried? i was thinking maybe a brass union coupler.

I wouldn't use Brass due to galvanic corrosion ( dissimilar metals ), but steel would be dandy........ Or you can cut it and flare the ends and use a rubber hose and clamps.
