2001 Dodge Ram 2500 4wd diesel. I had a new transmission installed and was working well for about a week then had problems with not shifting to low and then lost t/c lockup. Replaced governor solenoid, transducer too, no luck. Will a bad apps sensor cause this, shows low voltage?
