So my lift pump is getting no juice at all, just a small spurt when i turn the key. I checked for codes and pulled up the transfer pump code, has anyone had this happen before? Whats some ideas on solving this problem?

 

Well, when you turn the key on, the pump will only run for 2 seconds or so. You should be able to do bump start and pump run for 25-30 seconds. Just hit start for a split second and return key to on position. Pump run??

 

Yea, i'ma aware thats what its suppose to do but the spirt is more like .2 seconds and i've bumped the starter multiple times with now luck. I think i'ma try to replace the relay underneath the fuse box

 

The simple thing is to check vlotage at the lift pump. Being there is a code is a good sign of a bad connection or a failed lift pump.
