Does anyone have instructions for disassembling and inspecting the transfer case? I have it out of the truck but don't know how to break it apart and find out whats wrong. I'm afraid of breaking something important without a little bit of guidance. The t-case was making noises like the chain was slipping and it would jump out of 2WD into neutral. Any instructions would be greatly appreciated.

 

Go online and purchase a FSM. Perhaps you can have more luck then I on downloading.
