will take any pics or manual drawings for a tranny install,as truck is broke and shop is to far away to have it towed.first time attempting this and even the simplest advice would be appreciated.Tranny will not be here for some time so i have time to collect some info and get my head around this project,and still looking for a warm place to store the truck for this little adventure.thanks fro your help boys and post pics if you have them,i work good with pictures.

Buy a service manual. A FSM will have good pictures to boot. There is no way you can get all the information covered in a thread. Threads will certainlly help if someone can hold your hand during the process. JMHO

 

First bit of advice......power wash the heck out of everything! It will save you ALOT of trouble.

 

A clean truck will make it so much nicer to work on.
