Hey guys.

So since about December every once in a while my CEL will come on, 99% of the time after the truck has been sittin in the cold a few hours un plugged.
Checking codes results in the same few codes.
Mainly 0122 (TPS voltage too low)
But will also get 1693 with it sometimes. I know 1693 is just a code saying I have a code so Im not worried there

But about this 0122 again!
The truck runs fine and normal, code or not.
Ive had a APPS from TIMBO for the last 6 months and even got a new one from him for warrenty to see if it was just that sensor.

After clearing codes it stays away till next cold unplugged start.
I have Optima Reds with more then 80% life left acording to my battery bugs.
All my plugs are clean.
Sometimes the code will pop up after the truck has been runnin a while and up to normal temp even.

Anyone have any ideas of why I keep gettin this code??

I have P0122 code now also. Had the local Cummins shop put it on Insight and they found the ECM is bad. Boost sensor and oil pressure sensor were showing an increase with the engine off, and TPS low voltage with idle validation switch faulting while engine off.

I have massive drivability issues. Try a different ECM if possible. I'm getting one from a junkyard today.

I replace my TPS with one from Timbom about 18 months ago. I called him and he recommended replacing the ECM.

See if you can have a shop get the truck on a computer. The local Cummins guys did it for free as a courtesy.
