If you are talking about your speed being 90 mph, well....besides the fact that you are going 20 mph over the speed limit (most highways), it is definitely not safe pulling a trailer that fast! Why the hurry? Enjoy the scenery and stay alive! Take care of the truck and yourself!

That should be no problem. Just make sure your trailer brakes are working properly, and you'll have a great haul.

Is that truck really tied down with the front bumper Straps around the front and rear axles would be better. Other than that, trailer brakes in working order, enjoy the haul.

I think the load should be moved back. It looks like the trailer tongue load is around 5,000 Lbs. My truck sits level with a known load of 4,000 lbs of gravel from Fedearl Materials Corporation.

if your thinking of towing that load the way it's tied down, forget it.

I would say let it squat some. If anyone here has ever had a "wild" trailer due to negitive tongue weight, they know what I mean.

I'm with Lovin, let it squat. That's why we drive 1 tons....to carry the load and pull the excess.

It doesn't need to squat that much. Overloading the rear suspension that much will be tough on the universals and can cause instability also. Plus, your rear tires are very likely overloaded. At the very least, air up to 80 or 85 psi.

i would also let there be some weight on the back of the truck if a trailer decides to go "wild" the more weight behind the axles of the trailer the worse it is and the harder it is to gain control
