Time to replace trackbar bushing
I don't know if I should go though all the paint of replacing mine.
I went out and tried shaking/wiggling track bar on my truck and it didn't move but I'm pretty sure it's still original bushing in there.

The track bar I bought for my replacement didn't have a bushing in it so I haven't had to remove the old bushing yet. It looks like I will have to use a couple of big sockets and the vice like a bearing press.
The new neoprene bushings don't have the steel case around them so removal should be easy - they are in 2 parts with a steel tube in the middle.
