Replace whole front end joints, bushing, seals etc.

i own a 91.5 w250 dana 60f in the front. and would like to know what would i need to replace on the front end? kingpins, shocks, seals...since i gotta do pinion seals im think id rather just replace everything down there at one time and not have to mess with it again for years to come. so what are all that bushing, seals and bearings that are in the front end and u-joints. could someone give me a list of everything down there. and possibly pics too. thanks

These guys have kits that include everything you need. The king pin bushing kit has all the seals, except the inner wheel bearing grease seal. They sell the upper king pins with the tool also. The u-joints and tie rod ends should be replaced. The spring shackle bushings are next on my to do list, as well as new shocks and steering stabilizer...Mark

Check 4wd factory, quad4x4 is over priced. Unless your pinion seal is leaking like crazy then I wouldn't bother with it. Too much hassle, not enough reward. Running around the hubs should be unlocked anyway, meaning the front drive shaft won't be turning.

The most important stuff you'll need will be two king pin kits, two u-joints, two needle bearing kits, two wheel bearing kits, (mud slingers I wasnt sure about so I just bought them they were cheap), and if there's anything else I'm sure someone else will chime in. Good luck to ya.
