Door Mirror Glass Fell out - replace glass or whole assembly?
When shutting the drivers door yesterday, the glass popped off the door-mirror, and broke on the ground.
Nothing structural is broken. It appears the glass was held on by 4 small little double-sided adhesive tabs.
Can i buy just the glass and attach with new adhesive strips?
--> if so where?
Or do i need to buy the whole mirror assmebly that bolts onto the door???
--> if so where/which one?
--> mine are not heated nor powered, but they fold-out for towing mode, can i swap to heated/power?
Thanks,
Nathan

Geno's and LMC both stock just the glass. Both heated and non. My drivers side cracked but is still attached and heating but I tagged the replacement glass for replacing this fall.

When I worked in an automotive glass shop we made them and replaced them fairly frequently. It's not hard to do--we just put them in with silicone sealant or urethane..
