Time for new vacuum pump?

After 2 seal kits, I noticed leakage today. Not bad...yet, but I can tell where its coming out of the bottom and I have a nice thin coating of oil under my truck. Maybe tomorrow I'll clean it off and watch it, but at what point do I need to get a new pump? Everything looked good when I had it apart, but I'm not a mechanic and my good and his good are probably 2 different things.

Which seal kits did you use? Did they provide dual lip seals to replace the original single lip?

Yes, both were Cummins kits and had the dual lips. I didn't notice any scarring or anything but it does have 210K on it and I figure stuff like this will wear out over time. I might just bite the bullet but that $10 seal kit keeps talking to my wallet.
