stumbles when accelerating

Hey guys new to the site, absolutely love it! My truck will stumble when i accelerate and is most noticiable on the highway, it runs beautiful while cruising but stumbles pretty bad when you acclerate, towing makes it alot worse, with the comp turned off its not nearly as bad. Thanks for any input.

i just did my fuel filters yesterday afternoon because one they needed it and two they gelled up and truck wouldn't start, over the summer i had a couple dead pedal situations that tripped a code for the map sensor, i replaced it with a new one from cummins problem still occured but not as often haven't had it happen in quite a while
