stubborn torque management.help.
i have an 01 w/a very stubborn torque management system.i'v tried all sorts of ways, talked w/many diesel heads about it but just can find a way to eliminate it.the only thing that did work was a fooler box i got from BD diesel which fooled the ecm into thinking the truck was always going 55 mph so it wouldn't limit power off the line.the problem was the BD unit shut off the tach.,water temp.&oil pressure gauges.i didn't like not knowing what was going on in these areas especialy when running the truck hard.as it is without the box my truck bogs off the line, will not roll the tires over & when braketorqueing it will only build 10psi of boost.if the roads are wet i have no issues so i think there's some kind of sensor detecting road resistance.i have a hotrod pump,150hp sticks, smarty stacked w/quadzilla fuel box, fass 150/150,hx35/40 hybrid, built trans.w/triple disk conv. it has preformed like this ever since i put any kind of mods on it.please help, tired of beating my head against the wall trying to figure it out.
