Strange new shudder/bucking thing going on

Got rear-ended Saturday. Almost nothing, really, girl behind me hit the gas at an intersection when I hadn't. Her Camry got the worst of it.

Last night and this morning, however, when starting to move - and only when starting to move, doesn't do it when already rolling - the truck will shudder, almost buck, as I let the clutch out. It also seems to have some sort of protest if I downshift while slowing. I've tried in 1st and 2nd gears and it does it in both.

Don't know if it's a clutch problem, an alignment problem from the bump. Oh yeah, I think I froze my left rear brake on my Christmas travels and broke it free by moving. I suppose it could have something to do with that, too.

Anyone have any suggestions? Or, anyone in the Fort Worth area want to come see what I'm talking about and offer advice?

Make sure when you get the alignment checked it is a 4 wheel and they check the track of the vehicle. Sounds like there is a bind in the drive line, (bent axle, axle shifted forward, frame tweaked, springs tweaked, etc) causing transmission to be in a bind.

Thanks Ray...

Unfortunately, since I work on the west side of FW (NAS JRB) I don't think I can get over that way this week. Too much going on this week since we've had lots of people on Holiday leave. Gotta get caught up, plus get ready for our drill weekend. I've got an appointment on Friday at a "Caliber" body shop for an estimate. Probably get one from a Dodge body shop, too... if I can figure out a good one. Any suggestions anyone?

Thanks.
