Starting Problems When It Sets a Couple of Days
Hi,
I have a 94 Dodge 2500 w/ 5.9 cummins. When I let it set a couple of days it won't start and keep running. It acts like it fires but shuts off immediately. I try and start it say 5 times and then it will run. If I run it daily it starts fine.
Could it be the fuel filter? I haven't changed it in awhile, probably a year or so.
Thanks, yodey44

your gettting Air in the system you need to hunt it down it an be in many or multiple areas
I used a fuel cap and pressurized my tank to 5 psi(no more ) found lots of leaks starts like a champ now it ended up being the filter drain
