Starting after storage
This is not an emergency in that I am NOT broke down along side the road but it is important and necessary that I get my ol' truck up and running today. My truck has been in storage all winter and I need to get her going. Batteries are all charged and ready to go. Is there anything that I should do to her before I fire her up or to insure that she fires-up?

Should be fine, but may need to bleed the injection lines. Just crack them all loose at the injector and crank it over till fuel is leaking out of all six snug all of the nuts back down and fire it off. I am a third gen guy so I don't know what injection pump you have but that will work on all of the systems but the common rail.

Thank you I will give that a try.
I attempted several times yesterday to get it to fire-up but it never hinted at a start-up. It's never failed to start before so I am a little puzzled. She's turning over fine but does not seem to be getting any fuel. I will try "cracking" the injector lines today.

Sounds like you aren't getting fuel.
Is there good fuel in the tank?
Check/change your fuel filter.
Crack a couple lines and crank it over for no more than 10 seconds at a time. Once fuel flows out snug up the lines and crank it over as sug't.
DO NOT rev the motor. Let the oil get to the top and thru the engine. If it has been sitting for a while it will have drained off pretty good and shouldn't be driven til up to op temps.
