I need any info you can offer up. I am working oin an '87 hummer, we've insalled an '01 cummins engine, now I need to get a harness to make this thing tick.

 

Did you engine come with an ECM? If not you will have to get the ECM from cummins or another source. Also, what harness are you looking for, the engine harness or the chassis harness? Engine harness would come from cummins, chassis you will have to make or maybe hummer has something.

 

I know what he is looking for and he does not need it. The engien with harness and ECM can be hooked up in another vehicle. The PCM at the firewall handles the accessories and gages. The running functions are within the ECM. Just get a service manual, trace the wiring and hook up manual gages.
