Hey guy, i found my old coil springs from my 2001 2500 sport 4x4, my buddy wants to lift his 99 2500, i have heard that the sport coils are bigger and about 1-2" so he wouldnt need a leveling kit.. is this true or are the coils the same. softer for better ride? or is the sport package only the painted bumpers ect and nothing to do with suspension? thanks for your time

 

I don't think the sport package came any special coil springs......But...There was a off road package that came out in 2000 and 2001, 1500 Dodge Ram...These coils are rated almost the same as some 2500 and 3500 coils,with thicker coils...But the coils are shorter...

Been looking for these coils to lower my frontend...
