Spicer 7 Speed????
Just wondering if any of you guys have been around a pickup with one of these or have a truck with one? Wanting to know alittle bit of info from people that have experience with them

I have had 2 International med. duty trucks with them. 1st. one had 765,000. on it when I sold it. 2nd. one has 442,000. currently, still going strong. the buy in without a core is high. Unless you were to find one in a junk yard. If You find one in a junk yard grab the input shaft and see if it moves in and out. If it does keep looking. Trying to find a adaptor for the bellhousing may be a pain too. And matching up a clutch, they use a 11 or 13 spline 1 3/4" inch shaft. But they are very tough. And if you get one and get in in your truck. Only run 50w synthetic tranny oil in it. hope this helps.
Do a search, guy here has stuck a Fuller in one.
Adapting to the engine is reasonably easy with SAE bellhousings, etc, but getting a married TC isn't.
I will probably look into it myself at some point in the future.
