It seems that after I rebuilt my turbo, I am now getting smoke from the crank case vent tube.I just rebuilt the vaccume pump with no change. I know it wasn't there before, you can actually smell it when you come to a stop.
Any ideas?

 

with the mods on my 01 i to noticed smoke coming from my vent tube that comes off where the injection pump drive gear is. i got rid of the factory catch can and extended the tube down below the radiator. a little smoke is ok and you will notice more smoke if you have increased boost pressure or horsepower. also when pulling a load you will see this more often, happens all the time on 18 wheelers..
