Maybe I am wrong, But a smarty can go from one truck to another and if so is there anyone close to me in Illinois that would run a program for me....

You will only be able to try his Smarty out, you won't be able to leave with the program. It is vin locked to what ever truck it is running on, so if you want the Smarty, you have to buy your own

He can unload it from his truck so you can try it, but then he has to unload it from yours to put it back on his
