Should I remove Fuel Filter Housing?

Should I remove Fuel Filter Housing? the wiring and the old lp once i'm running the FASS pump?

Its really just a personnal choice.I took all that stuff off of mine.Gave it more room under the hood.Couldnt see carrying all that around when I wasnt using it anyway.

Just remember to not take the bracket off for the factory lift pump cause it also serves as a blocker plate and you will develop a nice big oil leak.

Many in cold climates have removed them with no problem i'm aware of ... but fuel heater makes sense if your far enough north.
I never regreted removing mine. The extra space for reaching in to do work is a BIG PLUS!

I removed it. I also removed the bracket, then cut away the portion that wasn't needed to block the mechanical lift pump hole in the block. It makes reaching some of the bits (OP sender, MAP, and IAT) a little easier.

I might reroute mine so it goes through the fuel heater it was 9 degs. last week thanx.

If you remove it you need to change the f/w sep on the FASS. The one on there is not tested by Fleetguard and the specs aren't known. Put Baldwin BF1212 on there.
