RPM drops and check eng. light on
I still got both codes 0341 & 0342 after i changed the sensor. Next im going to check the voltage from the ECM to sensor then clean all the contacts on the ECM.
grasping at straws yes, have checked all mechanical side, sensor ring on back of cam gear, did over head all settings there good. no smoke from exhaust out of norm. fuel pressure at a constant 11psi. One battery is new the other is orginal was planning on testing but meter shows it is good. Dodge says it is the pump but I have replaced with a known good one and truck still does the same thing. Not sure if I want to spend 700 on a new ecm or not, not convinced thats the problem.
Joe i think you should have 5 volts going to the sensor. I checked mine and also checked wire harness from sensor to ecm for shorts to ground and resistance. All good on mine.
