In response to the administrator's post on the lights dimming on startup, What a relief. I purchased an 01 ram 2500 w/ 39k on it and I noticed this occurrence upon startup. But I'm so relieved to hear why it did this and is a normal. Sheww.... what a sigh of relief Thank YOU!!!

 

We used to see that question pop up 3 or 4 times a week as soon as the temps started to drop.

We figured a "Sticky" at the top of the forums would help.
Looks like we were correct.

 

I Asked The Head Mecanic At My Dealership About My 06 Cummins And He Said It Was Normal. He Explained Why But Forgot. It Has Done This Since I Bought It.
