So my rear end is shot long story short almost got stuck and only one tire was spining in the back burned up the clutch plates and had metal chucks now i need to get it rebuild i dont want to deal with a lsd anymore i dont like the idea of clutch plates after this time im reluctant to go back. So i want a locker i rather not get a air locker to expensive but i like alot of the eaton lockers they have a lsd that is a gear design and also just a full locker. I could get a elocker that is puch button but i just want something different trying to keep the locker to around 500 since i need to do the gears too. any input would be apperciated.

Manual or Automatic?
Really asking if Dana 80 or Dana 70?

Both have been excellent rear ends, IMO. How did you tear it up?
