Question Questions about smoke?

Ok i have a bone stock minus strait pipe and silencer ring. Tonight I noticed that i was blowing a bit of smoke in second and a lot in third gear. But with the truck being stock i did not think that it should blow. I have not noticed any before, also it does it to the upper rpms and dont act like it is defueling at 2800 like it should. Any ideas or have any one had this happen to them?

Thanks Shawn

Is this truck new to you? It's normal to see more smoke during the summer as the ambient temps get hotter. I read your from Georgia, so you don't get that cold but could still get winter blend diesel fuel. The summer blend tends to run better and smoke just a touch more, at least that's my experience.

Good luck.
